Builder On Hold

Continuing to be a good supplier to the builder-based dealer, IWT has created the “Builder On Hold Program,” a notion of supporting the efforts of our customers to create a smooth flow of tile selections.

This program is designed to cover the gap between the customer home selection and the home build.  You simply give us an order and we hold it until you are ready to receive the materials.  No billing is done until your materials are released, which means your customer account status stays in order, and you can modify your order right up until you're ready for it.  It's a simple idea that keeps you in the center of the equation. 

We recommend that orders be released approximately seven days prior to installation by using the Builder Hold Release Forms provided by IWT.  Call your sales representative, or e-mail Grey Perna.
