Position: Customer Service Representative
Department: Customer Service (205)
Reports To: Customer Service & Sales Support Manager
Hours/Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 – 5:30 (40 hours per week) a specific scheduled shift will be assigned based on departmental need.

experience in order collection and data order input
friendly and pleasant customer service orientation

Must possess a pleasant and cooperative demeanor and have problem solving capabilities.
Deals directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
Must be accurate and precise in work.
Follow up and respond promptly to customer inquiries
Communicate customer orders with warehouse personnel
Obtain all relevant information to handle customer inquiries
Provide pricing and delivery information
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Perform customer order entry
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Manage customer’s open orders / back orders
Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
Handle and help sort out customer complaints
Help maintain customer databases as requested
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Other duties as assigned within the department
